Sonaturals primary motive is to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 4 days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt and product must be unopened and in intact condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. All claims for defects or damages or shortage must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
